


| Our Chef specializes in Neo-American Creole Fusion Gourmet. She can, however, create any type of menu to fit any style or budget. Before we can begin designing your custom menu, we need to get some more information from you; the more details you give us the better! Can you tell us about the style of the event (formal, casual, retro, etc)? What kinds of food would you like to have served? Are there any favorite foods or dietary restrictions you would like us to know about? Do you have your own glasses, plates, silverware, napkins, serving trays, or would you like us to arrange for the rental of these things? Is there anything else you want us to know?
